Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as full-time students in an accredited institution for
higher education.
- The scholarship is open to students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate studies.
- Applicants must meet the academic and any other requirements specified by the scholarship committee.
Application Process:
- All applicants must submit a completed scholarship application form along with all required documents by
the specified deadline.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Selection Process:
- Scholarship recipients will be selected based on academic merit, extracurricular achievements, leadership
potential, and the strength of their personal statement or essay.
- The decision of the scholarship committee is final and cannot be appealed.
Scholarship Award:
- The scholarship award amount and duration will be determined by the scholarship committee.
- Funds will be disbursed directly to the recipient's educational institution to cover tuition fees, books, and
other educational expenses.
- Scholarship recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving the scholarship.
Terms of Acceptance:
- By accepting the scholarship, recipients agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the
scholarship provider.
- Recipients must provide periodic updates on their academic progress and any changes to their enrollment
status.
Renewal and Termination:
- The scholarship may be renewable for subsequent years based on the recipient's academic performance
and continued eligibility.
- The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient fails to meet the academic requirements, violates any
terms of the scholarship, or withdraws from the educational program.
Non-Transferability:
- The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be deferred to a later date.
- Recipients cannot transfer the scholarship to another individual or institution without prior approval from the
scholarship provider.
Publicity and Promotion:
- Recipients may be required to participate in publicity and promotional activities related to the scholarship
program, including but not limited to interviews, photographs, and testimonials.
Data Privacy:
- Personal information provided by applicants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the
scholarship program and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Modification of Terms:
- The scholarship provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the scholarship program or its terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction],
without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- By submitting an application for the scholarship, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood,
